Delivery - What to Expect

Outside the UK

We don't currently deliver outside the UK.

Standard UK Delivery

Delivery Our standard UK delivery aims to reach you within 2-4 working days from dispatch. We strive to pack and dispatch all orders the next working day after we receive them. Please note that this is an estimate, and delivery times may vary slightly based on our couriers.

Standard Delivery Charges:

  • Orders below £50: £4.95

  • Orders of £50 and above: FREE

Our standard service is fully trackable, and you'll receive an email and/or text message with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched. Our couriers count Monday to Friday as standard working days (excluding Bank Holidays).

If you won't be in for delivery, please allocate a safe place. If no safe place is available, the item will be returned to the depot for your collection. If an item is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery, we will happily arrange redelivery, but a re-delivery charge will apply. If you opt for a refund instead, postage costs will be deducted from your refund, even if your original order qualified for free delivery.

Click & Collect from Our Bedminster Shop

 Click and Collect orders will be ready for collection from our Bedminster shop the following day after 12 midday.

Collection Hours:

  • Monday to Saturday: 10 AM - 6 PM

  • Sunday: 10 AM - 4 PM

No delivery charges apply for Click & Collect. Please have your order number ready when you come to collect. There's no time limit on how long we hold collection orders – collect at your convenience!

Local Bike Delivery - Coming soon!

For our customers in central Bristol, we're proud to partner with Pedal Collective for eco-friendly bike deliveries! This service is available for specific central Bristol postcodes. You'll see this option at checkout if your address qualifies.

Returns & Refunds

Damaged or Faulty Items We take great care in packing your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with its condition, please contact us within three working days by emailing rhiannon@allgoodthingsshop.co.uk. We will guide you through the return process for a full refund or replacement and cover the return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items.

Change of Mind Returns Please note: This policy does not apply to pierced earrings, which are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Shop with confidence! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to change your mind. To ensure a smooth return and prevent damage in transit, please keep all original packaging until you're sure you're keeping your items. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please do not mark the packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable service and retaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
