Crushed, washed and dried whelk shells in our fully recyclable hand-tied paper bag. This bag contains approximately 1Kg of shells. The shells are a sustainably sourced byproduct from our family's seafood processing business on the west coast of Wales. Our shells are ideal as a decorative top dressing to enhance indoor plant pots and terrariums. Great for cacti, succulents and most houseplants. Uses & Benefits - Plant pot and terrarium top dressing - Mix into compost for improved drainage and soil aeration - An effective barrier to prevent fungus gnat infestation By using our shells, you're helping us to make a dent in the estimated 5,000 tonnes of waste shells generated in the UK fishing industry every year. * This is a natural product from the sea and we do our best to remove any foreign material. * The shells may occasionally hold on to some aroma due to their porous nature. This will normally disappear within a day or so of being exposed to the air and will not affect their performance.

Delivery is £4.95 for any number of items, or free on orders over £40. We deliver across the UK only.

Our standard service is fully trackable, and you'll receive an email and/or text message with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

We also offer a free Click & Collect service at our shop in Bedminster, Bristol.
