Using our Magnesium spray for sleep—is like being tucked into bed by someone who knows what they’re doing.
Our Magnesium Body Mist is the kind of small, unassuming miracle you start keeping beside your bed, then in your suitcase, your gym bag, your children’s room, your partner’s side of the bathroom. Because it works—beautifully, gently, reliably.
It’s made with highly absorbable magnesium, which is basically a lullaby in mineral form—soothing tired muscles, calming the nervous system, and helping you drift off into the kind of deep, uninterrupted sleep you thought only happened on holiday or in novels.
Then there’s the scent: a 100% natural blend of essential oils, led by lavender (the gold standard in calm) and lifted by sweet orange, which adds a soft citrus brightness that makes everything feel a little lighter, a little less like 11pm doomscrolling.
