Packed and dispatched with care
Every order is carefully packed by our small, Bristol team using recycled cardboard and / or paper packaging.
Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Free delivery over £40
Delivery is £4.95 for any number of items, or free on orders over £40. We deliver across the UK only.
Our standard service is fully trackable, and you'll receive an email and/or text message with your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.
We also offer a free Click & Collect service at our shop in Bedminster, Bristol.

Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in packing your order. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with its condition, please contact us and we'll guide you through the return process for a full refund or replacement, and cover the return shipping costs for damaged or faulty items.
