Chalkboard Pencil
Description
White Oil Based Pencil. Ideal for use on blackboard labels but may also be used to mark glass, plastic and other surfaces. The oil based pigment is revealed by using the thread to remove the layers of paper that Make up the pencil. A sharper point may be created using a pencil sharpener.
